Shipping

Our shipping rates are computed using the approximate weight and size of your order. Shipping quotes will display during checkout. 

All International customers are responsible for customs, duties and brokerage fees, which vary with the delivery address. These costs are not included in our freight charges.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • Most of order ship with in 48 hours.When deciding upon your shipping method,keep in mind we ship Monday through friday.No order are shipped Saturdays,Sundays or Holidays.

  • Most International orders ship within 8-10 business days.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, go here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.


Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original garment tags still attached.

Please contact us at info@micarufa.com or contact Customer Service prior to sending it back..we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.


Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective.


For exchanges, please return un-used products as explained above. Then, place a new order through our website.


In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Service prior to sending it back. Our helpful Customer Service Team will resolve the issue promptly.
